In order to improve the cost-effectiveness, rockets must develop long-range and high-precision to keep up with the information process of the modern balltefield. Therefore, the simple control technology is the first choice which increases some control system on the rockets to improve the range and hit accuracy.This paper puts forward a system scheme of the control system of one-dimensional trajectory correction projectiles based on GPS and DSP, Mainly includes the following 5 aspects of work:(1)TMS320F28335 is selected as the main control CMOS chip, and the minimum system based on TPS767D301 as the power manager chip, the boosting and detonating module based on MAX8570, the memory module and status indication module are designed.(2)The PCB board is designed from the perspective of electromagnetic compatibility and anti-interference. The size of the four-layer PCB board must be designed strictly following the design principles of multilayer boards and cabling and punching reasonably.(3)What is analyzed is that it is most satisfied the requirements when the increased resistance coefficient selects 7 from three aspects of impact of the flight and calculation time, the falling angle and velocity, and the accuracy of the projectiles.(4)The effect of error sources such as the drag coeffective error, the range error and mass error on the accuracy of projectiles is analyzed and both the maximum and minimum influence range are introduced to control based on the Monte Cario algorithm.(5)The control system is tested by experiments of the static positioning test of GPS, the boosting and detonating test, dynamic test, high anti-overload test and range experiment and all the results verity the feasibility and reliability of the proposed design of the control system.
