Wet multiple disk brake with its strong ability to resist pollution, compact structure,large friction area, long service life, high adjustable brake torque, braking performance and lightweight, low maintenance cost advantages, is widely used in engineering machinery. Although domestic manufacturing of wet brake is not perfect enough, with the improvement of technical level and reliability higher brake will get a bigger development. In the process of braking, its power transmission is through the role of the shear friction pair and the hydraulic oil, the friction process is divided into far from,close to, sliding and adhesive. Because of the friction pair had a greater influence on the adhesion process of braking torque, consider solid-liquid coupling problem, the problem will directly affect the braking efficiency. The subject comes from Xinda Vehicle Co.,Ltd. Chongqing Chang jiang River scientific and technological projects: "Key technology of wet multiple disk brake".Based on the wet multiple disk brake as the research object, according to the solid-liquid coupling theory and the law of Newton internal friction, The application of numerical analysis and finite element analysis of hydraulic oil on friction and solid-liquid coupling are studied, so as to explore the transmission mechanism of friction pair the cohesive power, to explore the different parameters on the wet multiple disk brake torque of the influence of the situation.In this paper, the main research contents include the following:(1)Establish a wet multiple disk brake friction disc mathematical model. Because consider the influence of oil film on friction plate stress, stress analysis was carried out on the friction plate first, it is concluded that the friction piece in radial and circumferential deformation form, law of deformation amplitude, provide theory support for the back analysis of solid-liquid coupling.(2)Study of friction plate and the oil film shear transfer mechanism; Influence the properties of viscous transmission parameters. the brake friction pair is a key part in the brake, its structure will directly affect the power transfer.This article in view of the friction pair groove form and the size were studied, Application of Fluent fluid simulation software of oil film between the friction plate flow field simulation analysis is made.Studied the groove depth, groove number, groove Angle of oil film temperature and pressure, and the influence of the torque.(3) The flow field analysis results into lining structure stress field, the solid-liquidcoupling analysis model is set up, it is concluded that different grain lining under the condition of coupling the change trend of temperature field, pressure field. Through the comparison under the condition of no coupling and coupling, solid-liquid coupling analysis results and the closer to the actual working condition.(4) Analysis of oil groove depth, groove number and Angle of the oil film and the influence of the friction plate coupling, it is concluded that in the case of different oil tank, the temperature field, pressure field and the torque change rule. Thus it is concluded that the related parameters of power transfer to viscous, optimum design of brake after provide theoretical support and reference.(5) to optimize parameters of the simulation analysis and experiment using wet brake test bench testing, simulation of wet multiple disk brake braking process, the data acquisition, comparing simulation results and the experimental results, verifies the correctness of the simulation method.
