Research On Operation Safety Risk Assessment For Straddle Type Monorail

The time and mileage of the Straddle monorail in the domestic areas are shorter than other modes of transportation, so the safety and reliability of the research related to Straddle monorail are fewer. The measures of operation safety risk management are not enough, and the management lacks experience. To guarantee the monorail operate Securely, we need to analyze the disciplines and reasons that resulting in the Straddle monorail operation accidents and failures, and we also need a comprehensive evaluation about the operation security risk of the monorail transportation system. And we also need to predict the reliability of the equipments and facilities that typical feature with Straddle monorail transportation system. In this research, including the followings:1) analyzing the structure and technical characteristics of the Straddle monorail transportation, combining with the records of monorail transportation operational accidents and facilities’ fault data that provided by Chongqing Rail Transit Group,Identifing the main types of monorail transportation operation accidents and the main fault with equipment and facilities,the impacts included。2) In this study, It set about four aspects "people- equipments and facilities- Environment- Management", analyzing the factors that impact on the monorail operational security, using the ISM model to analyze the direct causes, Indirect causes and deep-seated causes that impact on the Straddle monorail operation security 。On the basis of study on the risk factors that impact the monorail operation security,According to the principles of Index System,establishing up the risk assessment Index System of the Straddle monorail operational security,constructing a operation security risk assessment model with hierarchical structure, using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to determine the weights of each index in the Straddle monorail operation security risk assessment model, and conduct a comprehensive assessment of the security risk. And conducting a comprehensive assessment of the security risk.3) This study references relevant standards of metro to formulate grade standards of reliability of Straddle monorail facilities’ security。Contrary to equipments and facilities with typical characteristics of the Straddle monorail transportation,such as "monorail vehicles, turnout, PC track beam",expanding research on evaluation of the prediction of safety and reliability。.Using MATLAB prepared T-S Fuzzy Neural Network program to analyze the relevant data, forecasting security and reliability levels of vehicles, turnout, PC track beam of monorail transportation.The results of this study assesses to the security risk of Chongqing Straddle monorail Transit Line 3 are consistent with the actual operation. For results about security and reliability levels of Straddle monorail vehicles, turnout, PC track beam, and obtained fault data also shows the same situation basically.
