Recently, railway transportation plays an inceasingly important role for daily travels and economic exchanges on account of the current situtaion that China government has promoted railway construction and expanding railway operational network. However, railway system is usually obstructed by external contingencies because rail lines are had to be laid through some regions which were characterized by complex geological conditions and frequent natural disasters in view of the objective situtaion which is a vast territory. The capacity of section and station will decline drasticlly in consequence of emergency and it will lead to traffic interruption. Furthermore, it will threat to the personal and property safety of passengers because the normal operation conditions are disturbed by railway emergency. So, it is essential to research related problems for adjustment of train route in emergency.The train detour operaion in emergency is prescribed as the range of research. This article mainly talked about generating and evaluating of train route in emergency. It proposed a conception that evaluating the train route in emergency on the basis of generating the routes set. By considering and analysing all kinds of influence factor for every feasible path in the set comprehensively, such as line condition, safety, capacity of section, capacity of station and so on, we can determine the optimal train path and the result of path priority in emergency for laying a scientific foundation of train path distributing. The main contents are four aspects.Firstly, we elaborated the definition of railway emergency and classified for it in terms of internal and external causes. At the same time, they were summarized that the characteristics of railway emergency and six transportation admistration methods in emergency.Secondly, we analyzed the factors for selecting feasible path and built the model of generating path set. The optimization objective is the minimization of transportation mileage. We also summarized the k-short paths generation algorithm and elaborated the complete process of generating train paths. The process was involved in two aspects. For one thing, it was determining the starting and terminal station of detour path in different emergency scenes. For another, it was designing the algotithm in terms of recurrence dijkstra algorithm.In the third place, we analyzed the factors for evaluating feasible paths and built the paths evaluation index system in terms of time, safety and network conditions. At the same, we elaborated the connotation and quantization methods for every index. In addition, the weight of index was determined according to fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP). For evaluation method, it was used as the method for evaluating paths in emergency that combination of topsis optimization and grey correlation analysis because the indexes are characterized by dynamic data and unified measurement standard.Finally, we confirmed the practicability of paths generation algorithm and evaluation method by example analysis. Furthermore, we analyzed the evaluations for train path in emergency on the basis of preferences of train traffic-controller and emulated the decisionmaking process.
