Warm mix semi-flexible composite pavement is a new pavement structure form with characteristics of high-energy low-emissions and overall performance, it is a compound from with perfusing a special cement mortar in open-graded asphalt mixture with large pores molding in the use of warm mix technology. The pavement structure combinates the advantages of rigid pavement and flexible pavement, Meanwhile, adding warm mix agents greatly reduces energy consumption, significantly reduces emissions of harmful gases and dust, greatly improves the construction environment, improves the overall performance of the road pavement. Thus, a better sense of its development and applied research.In this thesis, study on the influence of warm mix agents on asphalt index and asphalt performance firstly, the advantage of warm mix technology is reflected; Then, to provide the preconditions for ensuring a good composite pavement structure,have a research on the ratio of asphalt mixture and cement mortar; Then have a comprehensive evaluation for warm mix semi-flexible composite pavement road performance to highlight the advantages of its structure through laboratory tests; In order to determine the design parameters of the road, conducte the experimental study of Rebound Modulus, thus determine the design theory and methods of warm mix semi-flexible composite pavement; Having a systematic study on its construction methods and technology according to the structural characteristics of warm mix semi-flexible composite pavement; analyze on its social-economic benefits and engineering application prospect, and has made evaluation for energy saving by warm mix technology, finally. We form a complete set of technical and theoretical about warm mix semi-flexible composite pavement from energy conservation to the excellent performance, from design to construction, as a pioneer for combination warm mix technology with semi-flexible technology, providing good technical support to promote warm mix semi-flexible pavement composite application in entity engineering.Through laboratory experiments and theoretical analysis, warm mix semi-flexible composite pavement materials in the appropriate mix, molding, curing methods and other conditions have obvious energy saving effect, show good temperature stability, water stability, low temperature cracking resistance, fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance, etc, compareing with ordinary asphalt concrete pavement and ordinary semi-flexible composite pavement;In particular, high temperature stability, water stability and wear resistance has been greatly improved, Using warm mix agents also have some improvement for pavement in temperature, low temperature and water stability. Meanwhile, warm mix semi-flexible composite pavement structure have a similar design theory and methods to ordinary flexible pavement, its construction methods and process only need be a little improvement in the existing flexible pavement construction process, do not need to put too much new equipment.
