With the rapid development of aerial refueling, automation and intelligence of the aerial refueling system has become an inevitable trend. Monitoring each part of the system is one of the key technologies of aerial refueling, which is the important foundation of successful refueling. With the problem that the fuel pressure of the flexible pipe in aerial refueling is hard to be measured directly by sensors, a fuel pressure measurement algorithm is proposed and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by MATLAB simulation. This thesis includes the following contents.Firstly, the analysis and research on the internal composition of the aerial refueling system are made.The whole research framework is proposed based on analysis of fuel measurement principle of the flexible pipe. Due to high noises in actual experimental data, the methods of data filtering, the elimination of exceptional values and normalization are choosed to guarantee the reliability of the data as appropriate. Secondly, a fuel pressure measurement algorithm based on hydrodynamics is proposed. Combined with the structure parameters of refueling system and fuel parameters, the pressure measurement mechanical model is built to calculate fuel pressure. Then, a fuel pressure measurement algorithm based on SVR with parameter optimization is proposed and a data model with a large amount of historical data is set up to calculate fuel pressure. Finally, through MATLAB simulation, experimental results show that the computation precision of the fuel pressure measurement algorithm based on hydrodynamics and the algorithm based on SVR with parameter optimization are 0.9365% and 1.8405% respectively. Through the comparison of the two algorithms, which both achieve the accuracy requirement of system, the former algorithm has an advantage in higher precision of calculation,and the latter one has faster computation speed and simpler modeling process. And then an idea about control the fuel pressure of the flexible pipe is put forward based on neural fuzzy control.
