According to the needs of the Taian City rural highway development, through in-depth investigation of Taian city existing rural roads information, through the detailed investigation of Tai’an City topography, landforms, climate, materials science, geology, pavement condition, I analysis the key problems existing in practical engineering, and put forward the alignment technology standard of Taian City rural highway construction which is very suitable.In order to study the laws of low filling subgrade settlement under the coupled action of dynamic load and freeze-thaw cycle, I use the typical low embankment section of area in seasonally frozen region as the research object, and use ADINA software to establish the 3D numerical model of low filling subgrade under the combined action of freeze-thaw cycle and vehicle dynamic load. According to the freezing thawing cycle, the model is divided into 6 processes, and the vertical, horizontal displacement and the maximum shear stress of low embankment are analyzed.. The results of the study show that: in the first six years after the low filling subgrade completed, the detour increases faster, with the passage of time, cumulative settlement gradually stabilizes; with the increase of traffic, the cumulative settlement and shear force increases quickly by the traffic load and freeze-thaw, and overload limit is the key to reduce the accumulated settlement; isolation layer effectively control the pavement deflection, surface horizontal displacement and shear stress; the model realized the dynamic control of roadbed frozen soil mechanics characteristic value, and provide a calculation basis for low filling subgrade settlement in seasonal frozen region.The results of this paper are targeted, reasonable and reliable, and have economic use. The conclusion has implications for the construction of rural highway in Tai’an.
