The assembly type hollow slab has the advantages of light weight, convenient for precast, the advantages of economic, easy industrialization and standardization construction, has been widely used in China, is the most common type of small and medium span bridges in china. But with the increase of the assembly type hollow slab bridge service time increases and the volume of traffic, especially the vehicle overload phenomenon is serious, and affected by the natural environment, some of the local design, construction conditions and other reasons that many in the assembly type hollow slab hinged joint service appears damaged condition, caused by the assembly hollow slab bridges the bearing capacity and durability of the decline, in serious cases will lead to the failure of the transverse connection, caused "the veneer force", a serious threat to bridge safety. In order to overcome the clothing distribution type hollow slab hinge joints destroy the disease, this paper presents the research group to remove the transverse connection of hinge joints between the traditional assembly hollow slab bridges each plate, used in hollow slab bridge cross bridge to the two side in the applied transverse prestressed steel beam, transverse pre stress in transverse pre stress in the hollow plate side, the new assembly type hollow hollow slab concrete shear friction between the sides to form bears the load connected to the hollow plate which has an application prospect of assembly hollow slab bridges launches the following research:(1) The assembly type hollow slab bridge 3D solid element model of articulated assembly hollow slab bridges and transversely prestressed by using finite element software ANSYS, analysis of the effect of transverse load distribution of two kinds of assembly type hollow slab bridge line contrast, integrity verification of assembly type hollow space of transversely prestressed slab bridge is better.(2) Considering the concrete hollow slab side between the friction coefficient μ and the hollow slab width span ratio B/L, transverse prestressed to optimize the assembly hollow slab bridges, determined under different friction coefficient μ and the ratio of width to span B/L under transverse prestressing tension control values.(3) Preliminary study on skew assembly hollow slab bridges, to explore the assembly type hollow transversely prestressed slab bridge in the oblique case application.
