With the development of economy and city, the high-rise buildings and subway, tunneland other underground engineering are more and more. The emergence of the problem offoundation pit supporting is also a kind of inevitable. And how to study the space synergy ofrow piles-ring beam structure causes highly attention of experts and scholars at home andabroad.This topic is based on the problem encountered in the design of the fast renovationproject in Eastern Outer Ring Road of Nantong City. The design is made by the southeast ofArchitectural Design and Research Institute. Because the spatial interaction made by the ringbeam to the supporting piles is not taken in to account during the design of the Youth RoadTunnel, a relatively large bending moment has occurred in the reaction place between the ringbeams and the pile top during the construction monitoring process. The stresses in reinforcingsteels are so large that the reinforcing steels are destroyed. Therefore, the spatial interaction ofpile-beam structure is studied in this paper. Besides, the internal forces and deformations ofthe ring beams under the reaction of the ring beams has been calculated here. The mechanismof the spatial interaction between ring beams and supporting piles is analyzed in order tomake the design and construction of the supporting piles envelope system more reasonable.the main research in this paper is analysis of the spatial action to the supporting pilesgenerated by row piles-ring beam structure, which is used to control the lateraldisplacements of supporting row of piles, By studying the spatial interaction between row ofpiles, ring beam and soil, the following conclusion can be achieved: by taking the role of ringbeams into account, the of the ring beam, the lateral displacement of supporting piles is quitesmall, and internal forces generated by the bending moment are redistributed. Therefore, toprove the feasibility of the model developed in this paper, the ANSYS finite element software is adopted for numerical simulation. If the topic here is right, it will provide guidance for thedesign of the row of piles-ring beam structure. The meanings as follows:1Ring beams can provide an effective constraint to supporting the piles, can changethe cantilever force state and can improve the overall carrying capacity of the supporting piles,all of which are good to decrease the lateral displacement of piles. The way mentioned aboveis widely used in projects asking for strict control on the lateral displacements of thesupporting piles.such as the first security of foundation pit engineering.2Supporting piles can be calculated in the consideration of the spatial action generatedby the row piles-ring beam structure. According to the stress, the pile can be reinforced insections. Hence, a rational design of the ring beam can cut off the project cost.3By using ring beams, the pile strength can be reinforced and the difficulty ofconstruction can be reduced, which has great guiding significance for the research andconstruction of deep foundation pit in future.
