In this paper, glued hollow columns for the study,hollow columns have different sizes,thenget the ultimate bearing capacity of hollow column based on the experimental results and thetheoretical analysis and reinforcement factors influence the ultimate bearing capacity by usingdifferent ways of reinforcing the hollow column.This paper combined with previous theoretical studies, reference material mechanicsanalysis method, omit some minor properties of materials, only consider the main issues relatedto property, the actual components of a simplified mechanical model. The analysis results of thehollow column with height and ultimate bearing capacity of hollowness and slenderness ratiohave got.The hollow columns under axial compression test obtain that: Test Analysis of transversestrain components load curves and stress-strain curves can be divided into three stages: elasticstage, plastic stage, destructive stage. In the initial stages of loading, the longitudinal member arepressed; when the loading to a certain stage, member bend in different degree, but the two sidesof the growth rate are different. One side is faster while the other is slower.The slower sidedecreased gradually, finally by the negative into positive, mean the compression side turn into thetension side. Under the same hollow ratio, ultimate bearing capacity decreased with increasing ofheight, but the rate of decline is different:first decreased and then increased. At the the sameheight, ultimate bearing capacity is declining with hollow rate increasing, but long columns fellmore small than short column. Synthetically theoretical analysis based on previous studies andthe results of these tests, using theoretical analysis and curve fitting method, arrive the calculationformula of ultimate bearing capacity of the hollow column of larch plywood.Formula:)By CFRP reinforced test, the analysis results show that: the specimens of CFRP amount,strip width, spacing, the specimens showed different degree enhancement, the increase scope is18%~37.6%. Finding that according to the reduction coefficient increases, the bearing capacityincrease and the degree is from small to large. Under the same band width, add constraint effectdecreased with the band spacing. Under the same band spacing, add constraint effect decreasedwith the band spacing.Fiber cloth failure forms are mainly fracture failure.In this chapter, The hollow column stress process are simulated according to ANSYSsoftware,it is can be seen that through the displacement change image: longer specimen damageform is closer to the long bar instability destruction, displacement change is closer theoreticalanalysis. Hollow ratio larger specimens than the smaller specimen conforms to the instability andfailure of long rod parts. it is can be seen that through the strain change image:Strain gradually increases from the beginning of the end portion in the direction of the central parts,failure occursmost likely occurs at maximum strain,the longer the column have more obvious trend,closerdestruction of the state of instability the bar.
