Along with the northeast region of wind power installed capacity increase year by year,Large scale grid connected wind power bring bigger impact to power system security, stabilityoperation. In2012this problem has brought serious problems of abandoned wind, theNortheast power grid for wind power from the heavy disaster area. The author combine theNortheast power grid wind power growth situation, through the analysis of Liaoningprovince’s wind power system load characteristics, load capacity, analysis of the northeastwind power is not optimistic and solve the problem of the most practical way is to windpower heating. National energy administration after the Spring Festival in2013emergencypublish the notice, which is about the wind power grid in2013and given the related work of,and put the wind power energy storage and heating system as the key.Based on the deep analysis on the key techniques and the wind power heating system inthis paper, the result of prophase investigation and comprehensive analysis show that thecurrent wind power heating system is still at the initial stage, the key technology needs furtherinvestigation, to research and development and the introduction of key equipment, and it isconcluded that the key technology of wind power heating difficulties lies in energy storageand thermal efficiency. At the same time, the author analyzed the development of wind powerheating will become the key factors restricting the development of wind power field, due tothe limitation of time adjust the research direction, so the author will further focus on latethrough the literature review analysis wind heating key core technology and key equipment athome and abroad, and proposed on the basis of the northeast power grid heating pilot systemneeded to solve problems and cause the device context as a basis, and will further explore abetter technical and economic solutions.The abandoned of wind is the world wide problem. This paper analyzes the variationof abandoned wind in the Northeast. The search find that the time of the worst abandonof wind is just the time of Winter Heating. On this base, the paper further analyzes theheating capacity if applies those abandoned wind to Winter Heating and whethertransformation o the current system is difficult, it proves that it’s feasible. Combiningwith the existing central heating system and the grid wind turbine, the paper build thehybrid energy storage system model, and use Simulink simulation to proved that thescheme is feasible. Provide the corresponding imp lementation scheme scenery of windsolar hybrid system and micro grid system, to further improve the windenergy utilization rate. The paper also established the regional heating model. Although the model analys is of the wind heating project currently isno feasibility in economic value, but comprehensive consider the environmental factorsand pollution controlling cost, the wind heating project has the significant practicalsignificance. Through the country and some province’s policy planning, wind heatingwill have a great development space in the future.
