ABSTRACT:Reasons that complicated geology condition and construction complex techniques in the Yichang-Wanzhou railway, lack of understanding of geological condition, aging of the tunnel itself, besides engineering cost, management and safeguard pose serious tunnel defects problems. Hence, how to use the data got from nondestructive detection to assess the tunnel diseases has become an urgent problem in the research of tunnel diseases diagnosis. Futhermore, the present research is mainly related to the risk in construction period of railway/highway tunnels, less of them are aimed at the risk in operation period of railway tunnel, especially the risk of operation period of karst tunnel. Therefore, in the light of constant problems of railway tunnel, it is urgent to adopt quantitative comprehensive method of desease diagnosis and risk administration techniques.On the basis of numerous literature review and on-site survey, for the comprehensive diagnosing method of disease diagnosis of railway tunnel in Yichang-Wanzhou, the theory of risk analysis is introduced in administration of railway tunnel, and form risk administration model and standard with a view to supplying foundation for strategy-making.(1)Through on-site research and data analysis summarize and analyze the classifications and causes of these diseases of Yichang-Wanzhou railway tunnel. Based on the accumulation of past assessment on tunnel condition and absorption of the advantages of present assessing method and standards, refer to related norms of tunnel condition technology, transform from the simple quantitative analysis and superfical phenomenal analysis and the assessing method of experience analog in the past to the present that adopt different methods to get the assessment system of quantitative assessment target, research the judging standard of tunnel disease, thus realize the assessment confirmation from certain checking data to condition.(2) According to a vast amount of Yichang-Wanzhou railway tunnel disease, the factors that influence tunnel safety should be fully considered, referring to the graded research of the domestic and foreign railway/highway tunnel. On the basis of classification of Yichang-Wanzhou railway tunnel safety, the target evaluating system and evaluating method of comprehensive diagnosis on railway tunnel disease is established, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of railway tunnel is realized by using analytic hierarchy process, neural network technology and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.(3)Base on the characteristics of background engineering, as the basis on the Dazhiping tunnel in Yichang-Wanzhou,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for tunnel safety made evaluation and analysis for the+990segment of Dazhiping tunnel, the results of comprehensive evaluation are satisfactory and in agreement with practice.On the basis of disease detection data of Yichang-Wanzhou railway tunnel in operation period, makingthe railway tunnel disease classification and grading and putting forward a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of railway tunnel and creating disease evaluation standard. it’s for solving the key technology problems of disease diagnosis and risk management inYichang-Wanzhou railway tunnel. Research results is applied to engineering practice, not only for the maintenance, repair and construction of the tunnel of Yichang-Wanzhou railway is of great significance, but for disease diagnosis of tunnel engineering in karst area on the future provide the reference.
