For the realization of efficient energy use and recycling and easing the city’slack of heating energy, absorption heat pump is rapidly applied to the heating unitsof each power plant under the national energy saving major policies.This paperrelies on the engineering that the absorption heat pump firstly extracts low thermalenergy of the circulating water for300MW heating units in China. Based on theresearch of the technology and economic analysis of engineering project,theparameter selection of heat pump equipment,the scheme of heat pump accessingsystem and the performance acceptance test of heat pump equipment,it builds thesimulation model of heat pump thermal performance, baseline energy consumptionand energy leaks,and propose new methods to detect project energy savings andcorrect Performance Test parameter of pump.It develops the thermal performance ofthe heat pump online measuring device and provides effective technical supportassessment for the smooth development and energy savings projects.The technology and economic analysis of engineering project,the parameterselection of heat pump equipment, the scheme of heat pump accessing system andthe performance acceptance test of heat pump equipment, which has been applied toengineering. It has been proved that the proposed program is effective and easy toput into implement. There is much in the proposal that the same type of project canmake some reference to and make use of.
