In order to meet the need of attaching patches to circuit boardrapidly, people began to abandon the traditional means and paid more and moreattention to the automation machine chip mounter to achieve our need ofdischarging component with high speed and high accuracy. The nozzle is animportant part of achieving the need of high speed and high accuracywhich sensitivity and accuracy play a decisive role in the progress. As ansignificant part of the nozzle, the rotary motor is a decisive factor. In thisdissertation, the permanent magnet synchronous motor with coreless structureand Halbach array are researched and discussed.Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the difference between the rotor structureof built-in type and the surface type around the permanent magnet synchronousmotor. Compared the traditional permanent magnet array and Halbach permanentmagnet array, I make sure of the permanent magnet rotor structure andarrangement of the electric motor. The paper described the advantages anddisadvantages of stator with coreless structure and winding type selection todetermine the basic structure of the motor.Secondly, this dissertation analyzes the electromagnetic model of thepermanent magnet servo motor based on the Halbach array and proposes ananalytic method based on the Fourier decomposition, it also make adetailed calculation of the magnetic field and have the calculate solution ofproducing magnetic field. Then the analysis of the distribution of magneticfield and magnetic field harmonic in all areas of the Halbach array helpsto analysis and design the motor and to verify the superiority of Halbach array. Finally, the dissertation establishes the physical model of motor by using thefinite element software Ansoft Maxwell and has the grid features andadvantages analyzed. Though the magnetic flux density distribution, magneticfield waveform, back EMF waveform, waveform of load torque and motorperformance curve, running experimental results show that the designed motor toachieve the desired requirements.
