Metro engineering is numerous, system level is high, in the subway constructionprocess also involves many government departments, resulting in a variety ofinterface. In fact, produced very big effect of subway engineering interfacemanagement level has on the quality, schedule and investment in Metro, and Metrobuilders also gradually began to carry on the effective management of subwayengineering interface research, has achieved some results, but there is still a lack ofsystematic, comprehensive and relevant theories.In this dissertation, combined with the actual situation of Harbin metroengineering interface management, combined with the theory of PDCA cycle qualitymanagement content, proposes the research of the method of interface managementbased on PDCA cycle, provides theoretical support for how to conduct effectivemanagement of metro engineering interface. Combining with a metro constructioninterface work content in different stages, different construction period, the metroengineering interface management content in different stages of P, D, C, A in fourstages, and the PDCA cycle model within each stage. Construction drawings,interface and the construction organization design data is an important element in thePDCA cycle, is to guide the construction of the basis, process and results is also eachcycle. The end result is the four stage cycle, drawings, interface and the constructionorganization design meet the acceptance criteria, design and implementation offunction interface, which is the PDCA loop to achieve the goal of. The cyclic modelof metro engineering interface management process is clear, clear. According to theimplementation results of Harbin subway engineering interface management,combined with project management some advanced theories, mode, method, on theHarbin Metro group establish effective system and management measures. Methods,means were summarized, and the problems such as information management, goodsolutions to implement interface established Metro interface managementorganization structure, plan to interface with dual code network chart of project management, implementation process. Through the P, D, C, A four stages in theirrespective pipe interface by PDCA cycle management, to ensure the subway projectduration, quality, interface funds etc have achieved very good results. Facts provethat based on the interface of management based on PDCA cycle is an effectivemethod for metro engineering interface management, this research method canimprove the science and effectiveness of subway engineering interface management.
