The Optimal Layout Of The Rural Residential In The Scenic Area

In recent years, the domestic research oft the Optimizing spatial distribution of rural residential areas can be divided into the understanding of the present situation of rural residential areas, the influence factor of rural settlement layout, the driving force of the change of rural residential land. These researches show the distribution of current situation and the development and change of the rural residential areas. But in these studies the methods which are used for analyzing are almost the same, and do not consider the important influence of emerging factors, what’s more they failed to make combination with the related planning. Based on the above three reasons, in this paper, use WenChang town as an example, explored the different method, combined the influence of the emerging factors, scenic area planning, urban planning and land use.Taking WenChang town as the study area, with the support of spatial statistics theories and GIS technology, this dissertation utilizes multifarious quantitative analysis methods to carry on research on distribution character of rural settlement and realize spatial optimizing distribution of rural settlement. Here are the main contents and conclusions of this dissertation:(1) The analysis of distribution character on rural settlement. By adopting related theories and methods such as spatial statistics, Voronoi Tessellation, landscape ecology and so on, this dissertation carries on research three aspects which are distribution character, layout pattern and factors linking with distribution, and discloses characteristic and the present problem on layout of rural settlement, to lay a foundation for the research.(2) Suitability evaluation of rural residential layout. On the basis of the analysis of the situation, according to the principle and method of the rural settlements suitability evaluation, this thesis establishes the evaluation system that including terrain conditions, social and economic indicators. Adopting principal component analysis (pca) to reduce the index dimensions, and determine the weight of each dimension; using spatial analysis function of ArcGIS to determine the rural settlements layout mode that based on the analysis of the present situation.(3) Adjust the evaluation of rural residential layout. Fully consider the policy of the scenic area in ChunAn County, comprehensive the scenic planning in ChunAn County and the planning of WenChang town, using ArcGIS spatial overlay function to adjust the above conclusion to conclude the final layout model.(4) The adjustment scheme of the rural residential areas. Above research’s results is only determine the category of the administrative villages, there is no specific advice to residential renovation; therefore, combined with the general land use planning, clear the residential renovation plan.(5) Estimate the optimal model. Contrasting landscape pattern index of the optimal model and the present situation, to make sure that the optimal layout do solve the existing problems and prove the effectiveness of the optimization results.
