Inner Mongolia is a rich place in natural pumice.Pumice as a coarse aggregate in lightweight aggregate concrete is having a unique advantage.Of course,it will also be some self irreparable defects. This article hopes to enhance the toughness of natural pumice lightweight aggregate concrete by polypropylene fibers and reduce or control generation and development of concrete plastic shrinkage crack to improve its mechanical properties and durability.According to information, the researching about polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete has been well-developed at home and abroad and it is discovered two kinds of concrete have a lot of advantage. But the study of polypropylene fiber pumice lightweight aggregate concrete has not specific conclusions(especially in the country). And the natural pumice also has region characteristics (with volcanic surroundings, weather conditions of eruption period, etc). Therefore, the research about polypropylene fiber in pumice lightweight aggregate concrete has a great significance. In this paper, mixing with different content of polypropylene fiber,LC25or LC30pumice lightweight aggregate concrete made up experimental group and had on mechanics experiment and antifreeze.According to the test results and phenomenon, It will be done to research the performance influence of pumice lightweight aggregate concrete, analyze the influence mechanism and analyze the optimum content of fiber. At last,we predict frost resistance durability of D-N models and have LC25or LC30concrete freeze-thaw damage evolution equation.By the test analysis, the mechanical property and frost resistance of pumice lightweight aggregate concrete has been improved after joining polypropylene fiber within the scope of content. And it can provide a theoretical basis for engineering practice.
