Due to the long period of high-speed running, the power-generation equipment in powerplant is easy to failure. Therefore, the power generation equipment condition monitoring is essential. However, the traditional wired monitoring methods have many disadvantages can not be circumvented, so that the use of wireless monitoring approach will be the development trend of the future status monitoring, In recent years, the power supply of wireless sensor network has been become problem with the application of wireless sensor network that tests equipment of plant.To solve the problem of wireless sensor nodes powered, this paper design a new type of vibration energy harvesting device, the vibration energy harvesting and storage circuit is based on the LTC3588-1and super capacitor, the piezoelectric vibrator of choice is S-type single crystal piezoelectric cantilever beam. As the experimental verification, this circuit can produce stable voltage of3.6V. Use the ZigBee wireless development kit to conduct the node-powered experiments. As the experimental verification, it is easy to ensure the work of wireless sensor nodes. Sensor terminal node is joined DS18B20temperature sensor, writting temperature acquisition procedures, sentting the temperature information to the sink node, showing in the serial debugging assistant, composing the wireless temperature monitoring system. It is proved that the system is capable of running. Finally, conducted an experiment on the sensor node transmission distance.
