Heilongjiang province with rich wind resource is suitable for wind power development in China. But the large wind power access will bring the huge impact on the operation of the grid. It will change the power flow at the same time, and will also affect the power grid voltage level, reduce the power grid security and stability margin. In view of this, this article from the current power supply installed and power grid structure in Heilongjiang province study the adaptability on grid acceptance of the wind power, calculate the largest acceptable capacity of wind power of the grid, analysis the main trend of the distribution and the voltage level after the wind power access to the grid, and also assess the transient stability under the typical fault.The acceptable capacity of wind power of the grid is closely related with the power supply installed, load level, power grid structure, multiple factors interacting with one another lead to a difficult to calculate acceptable capacity of wind power. In this paper, according to the load forecast, power development planning as well as the power transmission plan of the link between provinces, we establish a complete mathematical model of the calculation of the acceptable capacity of wind power of the grid, which focuses on the power grid peaking capacity factor. Based on the calculation model,2010and2015are selected as the level year to calculate the acceptable capacity of wind power of the grid, thus for the scientific development of wind power in Heilongjiang province to provide guidance.After the wind power access to the grid, the power flow and the node voltage will produce bigger change, so this paper analysis and calculate the power flow, the node voltage after the wind power access to the grid. Select a typical model of wind turbine, and correct traditional power flow algorithm, form a complete power flow model and algorithm with the wind accessing to the grid. Using the new algorithm to analysis and calculate the power flow, the node voltage in the whole power grid of Heilongjiang Province as well as key areas.According to the dynamic characteristics of asynchronous wind turbine, construct the dynamic simulation mathematic model, combined with the original power system transient stability analysis technology and PSASP transient stability analysis module build the analysis model of power system transient stability of large-scale wind farm access. Based on the new mathematical model, focus on the simulation analysis on transient stability of Heilongjiang power grid under the typical fault. Finally, summing up the above analysis results, put forward specific measures applicable to Heilongjiang power grid to improve wind power consumption ability.
