Study On Process Interface Management To EPC Contracting Project

Abstract:In recent years,China’s increasing infrastructure investment, EPC project has become the focus of attention, at the same time, more people began to pay attention to the interface of engineering project management, the academic circles also reinforce the research on interface management. The interface problem of improper handling will make too many problems in terms oftechnology transfer, contract management and organization and coordination,implementation will not only affect the EPC project objectives, but also to the EPC project’s overall management level impact.
