In recent years, the high strength steel wire mesh and polymer mortar strengthening technology in domestic gradually used in actual reinforcement engineering, compared with other strengthening technique, this technique has many advantages, such as durability, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, no pollution, convenient construction and widely applicable, and so on. The strengthening methods of high strength steel strand is the main load-bearing body, high strength steel strand with polymer mortar bond between with the original beam, the stress coordination between them. In this paper, the main research contents and results are as follows:(1) This paper using high-strength steel wire mesh and polymer mortar Z reinforced concrete beams, the experimental beams shear test, and8specimens including two contrast beams reinforced beam. Experiment mainly considered the reinforced concrete beam shear span ratio, high strength steel strand spacing, and the influence of high strength steel wire diameter. Observation in the process of the test specimen final failure pattern and the fracture development situation, and analyze the test variables of reinforcement beam strain and displacement and limit the influence of shear bearing capacity value. Experimental results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforced back rest get obvious enhancement, cracking load increase obviously, reinforcement beam stiffness increases, etc.;(2) On the basis of the test, find the relevant specification for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity for inclined section and documents, specification of America "building code requirement for concrete ACI318-05, the reinforced concrete structure design code in China GB50367-2006, the calculation formula of truss arch model theory and literature four calculation results compared with the test results, the results show that using the calculated value of truss arch model theory coincides well with the test results;(3) Based on existing specifications and documents of calculation method and calculation formula, further expansion of research scope, considering the reinforcement method of components of the adverse impact of ultimate bearing capacity, to analyze in this paper, the test data regression, it is concluded that the suitable for the test way of reinforcement influence coefficient;(4) Using the ANSYS finite element software simulation analysis was carried out on the specimen, the simulation values agreed well with the test results, thus proving the experiment using ANSYS finite element software simulation is feasible; Secondly by using ANSYS finite element software from the shear span ratio, steel strand reinforcement method, etc., extension element analysis of strengthened beams, and compared with in this paper, the test data, find out the reinforcement method of economical and practical.
