Emergency Command Vehicle Design For Scene In Major Emergencies On Freeway

With China’s frequent occurrence of major emergencies on highway, casualties andproperty losses become more serious. If effective rescue measures can be taken immediatelyafter the emergencies, it can mitigate the consequences caused by the incidents. Beforemaking rescue decisions, it needs a command vehicle to go to the scene to obtain informationfor estimating the rescue forces and equipments needed, thus improving the efficiency of therescue.This thesis firstly describes the background of the subject and the status of home andabroad, and then analyzes concept and characteristics of emergency communication on thescene. On this basis, this paper summarizes the design ideas and functional requirements ofthe command vehicle, and elaborates the performance requirements in terms of chassisselection, body structure, interior layout etc. According to the design ideas and functionalrequirements, it proposes the framework of the command vehicle system and describes themajor functions of these subsystems. Devices with different parameters and prices are usedfor the command vehicle with different requirements, which form three designs on differentlevels, including large, medium and small emergency command vehicle design.Finally, according to the environmental requirements and budget, it choosemedium-sized emergency command vehicle as specific embodiments, and study mainly fromthe chassis selection and the overall layout, and then describe the design of the vehicle’selectromagnetic compatibility, noise and shock reduction and airtight briefly.
