With the development of urban construction, the ground can use a space moreand smaller, the development and utilization of underground space becomes a selectionof reuse. As the city traffic trunk lineļ¼Œthe subway is more and more burden of the citytransportation task. The subway tunnel across the heart of the city and dense crowdbuildings, it is an important subject how to ensure their safety of the structure for thesubway monitoring department. The cost of traditional way is too high, the efficiencyand safety is very low. The3d laser scanning technology is able to quickly and massaccess features3d coordinate information and memory them; The data processingadvantage is able to put these point3d coordinate information, R, G, B colorinformation, picture information form in the software integrated processing and analysis,and reflect the deformation of the tunnel As a wholeCombined with the subway shield tunnel circular narrow characteristics and3dlaser technology advantage, this paper puts forward based on3d laser scanningtechnology tunnel monitoring method. The method includes: tunnel point cloud splicing,the center of circle and the radius of the fitting, and feature point extraction,deformation analysis. using total station orientation method can correct and limit pointcloud registration error, still avoid the error of the point cloud accumulation Usingspline curve fitting in a local neighborhood fitting point cloud slicing, in a specificdirection can calculate the radius of convergence is more accurate and detailed reflectthe deformation characteristics of subway structuresThis paper will introduce3d laser scanning technology applied in Shanghai metrotunnel monitoring. The main content of this article is as follows:First basic principle of the3d laser scanning technology and the procedure ofprocessing feature information were elaborated. The characteristics of the metro tunnelmonitoring and its basic principle are introduced. Then based on3d laser scanningtechnology advantages and the characteristics of metro tunnel this paper will establish amathematical model and the data processing method and precision in evaluation systemfinally it will make an examples to verify analysis. Finally it formed a set of relativelycomplete technical theory.
