With the rapid development of domestic economy and city construction, theconstructions of large-scale high-rise building are in full swing. Utilization value ofdowntown underground is higher and higher. Ultra-deep excavation engineeringprojects more than more than three floor underground are more and more. On the onehand deep excavation technology has made great progress, there has been a lot ofconstruction technologies and schemes. On the other hand with the development ofsocial progress, related laws and regulations, engineering projects are put forwardhigher requirements on the surrounding environment, construction safety, construction quality, scheme, cost and other aspects of deep excavation projects. How to choose the most scientific, economic and reasonable scheme, throughanalysis of scientific and comprehensive in so many technical construction schemes,is often met in project managements.Based on the thorough analysis on ultra-deep excavation engineering actualitiesand existing problems, this article comprehensively discussed the advantages anddisadvantages of various kinds of supporting technologies. Through comprehensiveevaluation and analysis, and by actual cases as the basis, this article made acomprehensive analysis on these factors not only common factors such as reliability, cost, schedule, but also factors as ease of construction and environmental impact. This article established a more complete evaluation analysis and decision system toprovide better solutions for similar problems. The main research work of this article is summarized as follows:(a) Analysis and study on domestic common technology for deep excavation.(b) The analysis of South Asia Plaza project as a case study.(c) Using the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP for short) to studyscheme decision.
