Pavement cold recycling machine,as the main construction machinery inthe pavement cold recycling process,can be able to complete the regenerationof the old pavement and maintenance work on the road access with minimalimpact on the traffic. Under the background of our country highway is about toenter comprehensive maintenance, the performance of cold recycling researchespecially milling mixing drum of targeted research is particularly important,thepaper through the working process of the cold and vitality pavement damagemodel established, to get milling thickness change regularity and millingcutter force mathematical expressions. Analysis out of the cold recycling powerallocation expression, and the factors affecting the cutting power weresummarized. Proe software is used in the virtual simulation ofthree-dimensional modelling and ADAMS kinematics and dynamicsfunction,the virtual prototype dynamic simulation is established.Consistent withmathematical analysis of tool motion by the simulation speed,displacement andtrajectory curve.Using single load added to the cutting tool to get milling mixingdrum resistance in horizontal direction and vertical direction resistancecurves.In combination with single churned the force curve and milling cuttertool layout characteristics, on the basis of the milling cutter and work moremixing drum level force and torque curve.Arrange parameter optimizationdesign of cutting tool, on the single factor optimization, and combined with ADAMS, optimize the design of experiment, the multi-factor matching isintegrated optimization research.
