Nuclear power, as a green energy, has been used by many countries, andhas a very bright future. At the same time, safety issues of nuclear are also aconcern. As an important regulator equipment of PWR power plant, its role isto maintain the pressure of a loop around the set value, the normal operation ofthe pressurizer can be directly related to the security and stability of the nuclearpower plants.The pressurizer is complex systems, which is a lager delay, nonlinear,time-varying, multi-interference, large inertia. Because of the traditional PIDcontroller’s own limitations can not get better control effect, it is necessary tointroduce a new type of controller. The Active Disturbances RejectionController (ADRC) is proposed by Han Jingqing, and based on nonlinear PIDcontrol strategy. The ADRC retains the advantages of the PID controller, andovercomes low accuracy of the PID controller.First, this paper describes the background, significance and the researchstatus of modern control theory topics in the pressurizer control system; then itdetails the structure and working principle of pressurizer control system,andalso summarizes up the pressurizer pressure level control problems; in the thirdchapter systematically introduces Active Disturbances Rejection Controllerbasic structure and principl, and also introduces higher-order ADRC and crossthe order control, and meanwhile, focuses on the principles of its tuningparameters; in the fourth chapter we do the experiments of water and pressurecontrol on the nuclear power plant simulation platform, and use the systemidentification to fit the mathematical model of pressure and water level controlsystem. This Simulink model of controller is used to control the pressure andwater level pressurizer; in fifth chapter,in order to get better control effect andsolve Active Disturbances Rejection Controller’s time-consuming problem ofparameter tuning, focusing on the fuzzy control and genetic algorithms. Thefuzzy controller, genetic algorithms and sliding mode control are applied to theActive Disturbances Rejection Controller. And the simulation graphcomparisons that the control effect has been good improvement.
