The paper mainly studies the composition of one-component moisture-cured silane terminated polyether nail free adhesive, discusses each factor influencing its performance, and prepare a kind of multifunctional novel environment-friendly structural adhesive with quick curing, high strength, splicing to many materials, and tests and analyzes its overall performance. The paper includes two parts:In Part One, it studies the effect of each component in the formula on the nail free adhesive’s performance, screens and optimizes it, and determines the optimal dosage and matching ratio to prepare a kind of nail free adhesive with excellent performance. The experiment result shows: select ZH-305 as the matrix resin and ZH-502 as the reinforced resin, carry out compounding by the ratio of 25:10 to prepare nail free adhesive with excellent performance; TG result shows: the heat resistance performance of ZH-502 is better than that of ZH-305; DMA analysis shows: ZH-305 and ZH-502 have good compatibility, the addition of ZH-502 increases Tg and strength of system. PPG2000 is a kind of plasticizer with excellent performance; TG result shows: PPG2000 has the best anti-seismic damp; DMA analysis shows: PPG2000 has good compatibility with the system, and the system will have highest strength and best earthquake damping when PPG2000 add; the optimal matching ratio of PPG2000 with the reinforcing fillers ZT-500 and ZT-100 is 1:2:1 and the total adding amount is 57phr; SEM observation shows: the fillers are evenly dispersed and cladding in the system and have the densest heaping; TG result shows: the system has optimal heat resistance performance. The addition of the coupling reagent remarkably improves each performance of the system; it is the best to select KH551 as the coupling agent; its optimal adding amount is 3phr; TG result shows: with the addition of KH551, the system has better heat resistance performance. When adding TINUVIN B75 with 0.5phr as the stabilizer, the system has excellent aging resistance performance; TG result shows: the excessive B75 can rarely improve the system’s heat oxygen aging resistance property; DMA analysis shows: the addition of B75 can increase system Tg and improve the stability of light and heat resistance. The compounding of DBTL and TETN with 1:1 ratio is the perfect system catalyst; the higher the catalytic efficiency is, the better the system’s curing performance is; the optimal amount is 0.2phr. A171 has the best water-absorbing efficiency; select it as the water absorbent; when the adding portion is 1phr, the system’s curing performance and the storing performance reach balance.In Part Two, it carries out product pilot test on the finally-confirmed free nail adhesive formula, comprehensively tests and analyze overall properties, studies many factors which have the influence in each properties, and solves the disadvantages in its functions. The experimental result shows: each performance of homemade free nail adhesive meets the implementation standard of JC/T 2186-2013; it is superior to the nail free adhesive product manufactured by the same industrial company and has wider scope in adhesive substrate. It is favorable for solving the problem of its incomplete curing in the construction by selecting a porous material or soaking the substrate in water, which effectively improves its adhesive property.The nail free adhesive developed by the paper is environment-friendly and nontoxic, excellent in performance, and convenient in construction and can replace the traditional fastening way of nails, bolts and welding; it is applied to architectural engineering, indoor decoration, transportation, furniture manufacturing and other fields and has wide market outlook and very important realistic meaning.
