The cement particle composite widely exists in nature. It is a kind of typical mixture, composed of matrix materials and particle materials. The two materials complement work together, which make composite had better mechanical properties. In addition, the composite has the features of cheap easy, and is widely used in various industries.This paper takes the typical cement particle composite which is constituted by glass bead and epoxy for example to study the viscoelasticity. Its viscoelastic properties mainly embodies in the relaxation, creep and strain rate sensitivity, damping characteristics.First from a macro perspective, through the compressive strain relaxation experiments under the condition of different combinations of glass bead diameter, the relaxation properties of overall materials can be obtained. It analyze the three parameters of solid model and the relaxation modulus and creep modulus can be get. Beside, it simulates the whole material creep process by the finite element method. Again from a microcosmic point of view, relying on the combinational sphere element method, on the condition of compressive strain relaxation experiments to the matrix, it analyzes the viscoelasticity of single combinational sphere element and gets the relaxation modulus. Then a good result can be obtained by contrasting with the relaxation experiments of macroscopic materials.For the strain rate sensitive properties of composite materials, mainly from the experimental conditions, the material will be kept to a certain variables with low, medium and high three kinds of different compression rates, and according to the formula of strain rate sensitivity, the material of the objective laws of strain sensitivity can be obtained.For the damping performance of material composited by the glass beads and epoxy, it adopt the method of combining experiment and ANSYS simulation. First by the DMA experiment of certain temperature field and sweeping multiple frequency, the loss factor of matrix can be obtained. Based on this result, it simulates the damping property of combinational sphere element and gets the loss factors of different combinational sphere element diameter. Then it calculates the damping performance of macro material, by assembling the combinational sphere element into macro network model.
