Selenium is an essential trace element for human, selenium deficiency can cause a series of disease. But our country is a selenium deficiency big nation, lacking Se generally. Taking food enriched-selenium is a good way of Se-supplement. Fertilization Se-enrichment like natural selenium was recognized safety and effective means. It makes Camellia transform Se element into organic Se and into Camellia oil to make selenium and camellia oil combination together. Se-enriched camellia oil has the nutrition health care functions of both camellia oil and selenium and is worth to be generalized. But the study about it is relatively less now. Hyperlipidemia(HLP) is a dyslipidemia desease and very harmful to human. But no any eradicate medicine can treat HLP well at present. So how to prevent and control HLP by dietary has become the hot question in prevention and control HLP. The purpose was providing a scientific basis for the research of the Se-enriched fertilizing and promotion of Se-enriched camellia oil, also providing a new approach for the prevention and treatment of HLP.This paper improves Se-enriched fertilizing solution based on team previous study, the Se-enriched fertilization experiments were texted in in LiuZhou GuangXi test base, the new Se-enriched camellia oils were got by cold pressing, messured Se contents and main chemical characteristics and functional components of Camellia Oil, further explored the effect of Se-enriched fertilizing on the quality. Base on this, we designed animal trial, forty ICR Mice divided randomly into five groups (n=8):bland group, high-fat group, positive group, camellia oil group, Se-enriched camellia oil group. Bland group was feed with the basal diet; other four groups were fed with high-fat diet. Camellia oil group and Se-enriched camellia oil group were given Camellia oil and Se-enriched camellia oil respectively. Positive group was given drug. Bland group and hyperlipid group were given same volume of water. After 9weeks, we measure the mice’s weight, liver, kidney, spleen and epididymal fat pad coefficients, Lipid levels and liver antioxidant indicators.The main results were as follows:(1)This modified Se-enriched fertilizing solution significantly increased the Se content of camellia oil, which reached the Shaanxi Province An Kang city’s Se-enriched standards. The average Se content of Se-enriched camellia oil was 0.0422mg/kg, the highest was 0.0731mg/kg, significantly higher than control camellia oil (0.0173mg/kg) (p < 0.05).(2)Se-enriched fertilizing can improve camellia oil antioxidant, and with the increasing of Se content of camellia oil, its effect was better. The average peroxide value of Se-enriched camellia oil was 5.25 meq/kg, the lowest was 3.93 meq/kg, significantly lower than control camellia oil (7.40 meq/kg) (p< 0.05); The average acid value of Se-enriched camellia oil was 0.396; the lowest was 0.341, significantly lower than control camellia oil (0.478) (p< 0.05); The average Oxidative Induction Time (OIT) of Se-enriched camellia oil was 3.57 h, the highest was 5.24 h, significantly higher than control camellia oil (2.27h) (p< 0.05); With the improvement of Se content, its peroxide value and acid value decreased, and its oxidation stability enhanced.(3)The iodine value, saponification value and fatty acid composition of camellia oil was different. But the patterns between the Se content had not been found.(4) Se-enriched fertilizing helped sasanqua to accumulate the functional components. With the increasing of Se content of camellia oil, its effect was better. The average squalene content of Se-enriched camellia oil was 9.636 mg/100g, the highest was 13.494 mg/100g, significantly higher than control camellia oil (5.462 mg/100g) (p< 0.05); The average total sterol(stigmasterol and sitosterol) content of Se-enriched camellia oil was 38.351 mg/100g, the highest was 50.872 mg/100g, significantly higher than control camellia oil (22.560 mg/100g) (p< 0.05); and its squalene and sterol total contents were increased significantly with Se content.(5)This experiment successfully modeled the hyperlipidemia. This high-fat diet can led to elevate blood lipids and increase oxidative stress and reduce antioxidation ability in mice. In hyperlipid group mice, weight abnormal increased, liver coefficient and epididymal fat pads coefficient increased, levels of TG, TC, LDL-C and AI increased, the activity of liver T-SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC decreased, liver lipid peroxidation reaction increased, malondialdehyde level increased.(6) It shows that Se-enriched camellia oil and camellia oil all had the effects of hypolipidemic and antioxidant, and Se-enriched camellia oil had better effect. Se-enriched fertilizer can increase camellia oil reduced-fat and antioxidant capacity. Se-enriched camellia oil can effectively lower weight, liver coefficient, epididymal fat pads coefficient, had no significant influence on renal coefficient and spleen coefficient, effectively lowered level of TG and TC and LDL-C, had no significant influence on the level of HDL-C, effectively lower AI, effectively lowered level of liver malondialdehyde, improved the activity of liver T-SOD and GSH-Px and T-AOC. The effect was better than camellia oil.In conclusion, this modified Se-enriched fertilizing solution significantly increased the Se contents, was up to the Se-enriched standard, and improved the contents of the functional components squalene and sterol of camellia oil. And with the improvement of Se content, its peroxide value and acid value decreased, its oxidation stability enhanced, camellia oil antioxidant improved, its quality improved. This high-fat diet can lead to elevate blood lipids and increase oxidative stress and reduce antioxidation ability in mice. Se-enriched camellia oil and camellia oil all had the effects of hypolipidemic and antioxidant, and Se-enriched camellia oil had better effect.
