In this paper, we analyze the main causes of the tube bundle vibration, based on the researching situation on the heat exchanger tube bundle vibration, according to the usage of the heat exchanger in chemical industry production, and even simulating and analyzing the fluid temperature outside the tube bundle changed to the vibration of the impact of heat exchanger tube bundles to prevent owing to the strong vibration of tube bundle eventually lead to the failure of the heat exchanger scrap. The authority of TEMA standard is not inclusion damage problem resulting from vibration in. Therefore, the study of heat exchanger tube bundle vibration is very meaningful.Based on the practical application in production of the heat exchanger as the research object, we have established a simplified model to analyze the coupling of fluid of outside tube bundles and tube bundles, including:1. Applying FLUENT software simulation to control the fluid temperature change outside the change of the fluid flow field.2. Applying ANSYS software to analysis and this article selects the heat exchanger as the shell element, beam and fluid units to establish a simplified finite element model, and mapping grid method is used to divide the grid.3. According to simplified model of heat exchanger, setting velocity, pressure, fluid temperature changes in the shell side of the simulation of the fluid and tube bundle of fluid-structure interaction phenomenon, it is concluded that tube bundles in the shell side fluid under the action of the vibration of the first six order frequency, it can be seen that bigger shell side medium temperature, the stronger bundle vibration.4. Using ANSYS to calculate the working medium in the shell side heat exchanger under different temperature, the bundle of stress and strain.
