Jilin oil field is a water injection oil field at its earlier history. Because of its low permeability and developed fracture, the reservoir shows anisotropic layer at vertical and plane layer, and then the injection water would be channeling and fingering along the fracture. When the composite water cut of oil field and oil well are very high, there is still a plenty of oil production in the reservoir. Although the oil is available to be produced by EOR methods, and then recovery ratio is increased, but its cost is usually very high. And its efficiency isn’t high at the condition with small oil layer’s thickness and low abundance and complex geology environment condition. Profile control is a very important treatment to improve water storage rate and water flood efficiency, slowdown two declines in higher water cut oil field, and increase water flood development, which has already became a important technology of stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut in Jilin oil field.According to the geological data of East 10-2 block in Fuyu oilfield, combined with the current production situation, the current problems in the development process was analyzed, and the further development potential of the oil field was pointed out, and then the necessity and restriction factors of integer profile control was demonstrated in the Block 10-2. Then on the basis of channeling flow type recognition of test wells, through the screening and perfection of mature plugging agent, the evaluation and experimental study of plugging agent was conducted, and then the plugging agent formula and profile control system suited to the characteristics of the block reservoir was found out. On this basis, through optimization of the injection pattern, injection parameters, the optimal design of injection process, formed a set of design principles and profile control technology system suitable for the reservoir characteristics of this block. Finally matching injection pressure changes before and after profile control, oil well dynamic change situation and the injection profile, the development effectiveness after the profile control was evaluated comprehensively, and a systemic effect analysis method was formed.
