Stannylene (R2Sn:) chemistry is a new research field in organotin chemistry, due to its structure containing a lone pair of electrons and an empty p orbital, so it has the dual properties of Lewis acid and Lewis base. Stannylene chemistry has developed more than 150 years, since the first stannylene was reported in 1852. Chemists not only synthesized various structures of stannylene, but also study the chemical properties and reactivity of them. Stannylene can participate in the insertion, addition, polymerization and other multiple reactions, and other organotin derivatives can be prepared through these mothods. In recent years, the research of stannylenoids [RaSnXM (M= alkali metal, X= halogen)] have been devebped gradually. Although carbenoids and silylenoid have been investigated widely, little is known about stannylenoids. stannylenoids has been considered to be the synthesis of polystannane and other chemical reaction intermediates which has very high reactivity. It is very easy to polymerize and eliminate reaction (a eliminate MX) for generated stannylene and other electrophilic and nucleophilic reactions. Therefore in this paper, we study the reaction of an isolable dialkylstannylene with CS2, phenyl isocyanate and stannylenoids with alkynes, explore the reaction mechanism and reaction activites. Stannylenoids can be synthesized by stannylene with CsF. The content is divided into the following three parts:1. Study on the addition reaction of dialkystannylene with CS2, the product containes two configurations (four-membered ring and five-membered ring). Stannylene as a Lewis acid catalyst in the process of configuration transformatioaAnd [1+2] cyclic addition of C=N double bond in the reaction of dialkystannylene with phenyl isocyanate.2. The reaction of dialkystannylene with CsF is reversible, changing the solvent polarity can obtain stannylene or stannylenoids. Use the 21-crown-7 the get the crystal and further confirm its structure.3. Study the reaction of stannylenoid with alkynes, it is found that stannylenoid can react with high activity alkynes the result is the same as the reaction of stannylene. But stannylenoid can also react the ordinary alkynes that stannylene can’t So it is proved that reactivity of stannylenoid is higher than stannylene.
