With the constant development of science and industrial technology, our country’s industrialization is growing faster and faster, which also brings more and more serious environmental pollution problems. While the large amounts of sanitary sewage and the industrial waste and water poured into the seawater leads to the threat of the eutrophication, the global warming also adds the advantage of the outbreak of algal blooms. The impact of the algal blooms disaster on our country’s economy is becoming more and more serious. Present main solutions of the local government are human organisation and machinery salvage on the sea. In former years salvage enteromorpha are buried in earth or treated as garbage, which leads to the high transport costs, environmental problems and high risk of secondary disaster. Therefore, how to effectively and scientifically processing salvage enteromorpha has become an urgent problem.Activated carbon is widely used in the area of adsorption, decolorization, refining, separation, food, electric power, chemical and environmental protection because of its well-developed porosity and high surface area. By far the materials prepared for activated carbon mainly come from traditional materials such as terrestrial plants or derivatives, for example, fruit shells, straw and coal. If we could prepare enteromorpha for activated carbon with excellent adsorption performance, it can not only solve the posttreatment problems of outbreak of enteromorpha blooms, but also provide a new raw material origin for activated carbon preparation. The main work content of this paper is as follows:First designed and built the experimental platform for the preparation of enteromorpha activated carbon. Give the detail operation steps, the test method and standard and the performance characterization methods of enteromorpha activated carbon. Then with the enteromorpha and phosphoric acid separately set as raw material and activator, we explored the influence of single factor on the adsorption performance of activated carbon and find that, under the one single factor condition of experiment, the best optimal technological condition are as follows:impregnation temperature at 80℃, impregnation time at 8h, phosphoric acid concentration at 65%, impregnation ratio at 3:1, activation temperature at 400℃, activation time at 2-2.5 h.To find the best optimal technological condition, this paper developed 3 factors and 3 levels orthogonal experiment table, a comprehensive analysis of orthogonal experiment to the above factors presented. The best optimal technological condition is also got. Then gave the SEM, FTIR and BET analysis to the enteromorpha activated carbon prepared under the best optimal technological condition. And analyzed that the enteromorpha activated carbon has abundant pore structure of micropores and mesopores and also contains a large of surface functional groups. This paper successfully prepared enteromorpha activated carbon with excellent absorption property and developed hole structure activated by phosphoric acid and then obtained the optimal preparation technology. The research can provided theoretical direction for the activated carbon preparation prepared from seaweeds which has important application value.
