In the world’s increasingly tense energy trends in the environment, the development of oil and gas blocks have been expanding, for previously difficult to develop blocks have been included in the engineering work. And due to the development of the machinery and equipment, electronic control technology, in practical engineering was of reservoir strata have been more protection to ensure oil and gas channels are not blocked, and in safety,environmental protection, high standards of environment, it is necessary to use some more advanced drilling engineering operations. Drilling operation in the present stage is more and more frequent in the complex and narrow window, but can’t use too high density drilling fluid,and to ensure the drilling speed, and the formation pressure of real-time accurate control. In order to realize the accurate control of formation pressure in drilling engineering, it is necessary to take some necessary methods to monitor the formation pressure in real time.MFC drilling is based on the improvement of the MPD drilling, in the original basis of controlled pressure drilling, it is not need to add some non-essential equipment, can achieve the precise control of formation pressure.Through a lot of research on MFC drilling, this drilling technology has been successfully used abroad for many years, but there are few in the domestic application examples in our country. In China, the development of MPD’s equipment has achieved a lot of success, and the independent research and the MPD equipment has been successfully tested for many years in various fields. How to break through the key theoretical issues in the control of formation pressure based on wellhead micro flow monitoring, the application of MFC in China is much simple. This paper will base on the MFC technology, the relationship between the change of the micro flow rate and the bottom hole pressure will be studied.Because of micro MFC drilling is mainly used in construction work in the narrow density windows. In this paper, the MFC drilling technology and equipment are analyzed, the situation is complicated for 4 kinds of different working conditions by Fluent software simulation simplification. In the process of Fluent simulation, the data set of bottom hole pressure and wellhead flow of each working condition is recorded by means of technical means, and the data group is analyzed with scientific method, and the key theory is obtained.
