As enhancement of people’s health consciousness, the female have the higher demand for sports bras and comfort. Personalization customization of the sports bra also develops gradually. At present, most of the sports bras on the market also fail to meet the requirements of women for sports bras. Sports bra bottom and straps slip easily, and cup support is weak. Therefore, solving these phenomena of the sports bra are pressing issues for underwear industry and consumers who hope that the problems are solved.This paper aimed at solving sports bra bottom slip problem, analyzes stress on the bra bottom. it is concluded that increasing friction between bra bottom and skin to improve the bra bottom steadiness. Therefore, the bra bottom friction is studied. Finally based on the theory of sports bra bottom frictional research, combined with pressure comfort, the sports bra bottom size and fabric integrated design method to improve the sports bra hem stability is came up with. The sports bra bottom size and fabric design system is established, which can guide design of the sports bra bottom size and selection of material for personalized human body.In this paper, the main research contents include:(1) Research on the friction force theory model of sports bra bottomAccording to the study of the friction force theory model of sports bra bottom, the related parameters in the static friction force are obtained, which include the fabric and the skin friction coefficient, the curvature of the human body under bust and fabric tension. It provides theoretical basis for analyzing the influence factors of static friction force.(2) Research on relationship of among the static friction force of sports bra hem and fabric tensile and the body curvaturea) The fabric and skin friction test device is designed to study the bra hem and skin friction coefficient, and the repeatability of the device is verified. b) A personalized body chest under 3Dmodel is set up based on 3D scanning technology.The bust under curve model and curvature model is built; The fabric tensile state had no significant effect on the friction coefficient by testing and analyzing friction performance of the bra hem under different tensile state. By testing and analyzing of ensile properties the bra hem under different tensile state, it is concluded that the knitting fabric in tensile rate within 70% of the tensile stress and tensile rate have linear relationship. c) Using press test of the bra hem under different drawing conditions, added to fabric tensile properties test results and friction performance test results, the friction force regression model of sports bra bottom is established.(3) Based on the theory of friction model and regression model consistency analysis, it is concluded that the friction of the results verifies the correctness of the theory of friction model.(4) Establishment and validation of the sports bra bottom size and fabric design system According to the static friction force theory model, combined with pressure comfort threshold, the sports bra bottom size and fabric design method for personalized human body is obtained. The sports bra bottom size and fabric design system is established and verified.
