Oil press is the key equipment in oil processing.There are some issues about the press,such as the small single press production capacity, power consumption and the low oil rate.Therefore, we need to develop an advanced low temperature cold press of high oil rate, large production capacity, low energy consumption.This also is the key to the development of cold squeeze oil processing technology and equipment.In order to solve the above problems,we should do as follows:firstly, we should explore and research the press-depth and comprehensive theory and establish a more comprehensive system of press theory.Then we could optimize the design of all aspects of press under the guidance of this theory, to explore the development of a new structure of the press.On the other hand,complete theoretical study must be validated by a scientific and rational experimental method as a basis.This topic mainly for oil plant dynamic three-dimensional spiral pressing method and experimental research.The purpose of this paper is to establish a set of complete, scientific and reasonable experiment test method.The main contents are as follows:(1) Study on pressing chamber radial pressure testing method. Using melt pressure sensor and resistance strain gauge testing squeeze peanuts and rapeseed in the process of two kinds of vegetable oil in the bore of the radial pressure value.(2) Processing and analysis of virgin bore inner radial stress test data. By analyzing the two methods measured pressure data to reflect the various points within the bore pressure distribution.We compared the pressure sensor and resistance strain gauge measured in the bore of the radial pressure value, also do the appropriate processing and analysis of the experimental data.In the current study, based on Origin software we use rapeseed and peanut and pressure sensors measured pressure values to finish the regression analysis.And we obtained the empirical formula to the inner diameter of the bore pressure.(3) Experimental research and analysis of oil plant cake surface pore structure.Based on the existing research, we used scanning electron microscopy to observe and microscopic analysis of peanuts, the surface structure of two crushing plants rapeseed oil cake.We combine image processing technology and image pro and Origin Software to research and analysis peanut and canola oil cake surface porosity.
