Our country water environment pollution and shortage of water resources is serious. In order to actively cope with the one of the important factors that restrict the development of national economy,Building water treatment began to appear and play a role, It effectively alleviate the problem. The quality of washing wastewater in office buildings is better,the content of all kinds of pollutants in water is low,the process is relatively simple,processing cost is relatively low,so water reuse research of washing wastewater in office buildings have high feasibility and economic value.Through the washing wastewater quality measurement analysis of a certain office building in Chong qing,obtain several important water quality characteristics of washing wastewater in office buildings. The biodegradability of washing wastewater is poor,biochemical index is between 0.1 to 0.3,The content of anionic surfactant in washing wastewater is higher,the content of value between 5.0 to 9.0mg/L,The water pollutant concentration is volatile.According to the characteristics of the water quality of the water quality,Chose coagulating sedimentation sand filter activated carbon adsorption the physico-chemical treatment process as a water treatment process in the production of the model.Before the model making the main research work is the following, by coagulation beaker stirring experiments, respectively in each of the different setting conditions for coagulation mixing precipitation supernatant of COD, turbidity, ammonia nitrogen of test and analysis, to determine the best types of coagulation agent, coagulant and o-phenylenediamine, coagulation time, the coagulation hydraulic conditions and coagulation temperature, coagulation precipitation time. Arrive at the best coagulation conditions for washing wastewater treatment and reuse: coagulation reagent for PAC, p H value of 6.5 to 7.5, the coagulation time is 20 minutes, sedimentation time is 20 minutes, coagulation temperature is room temperature.The model running results show that coagulation,sedimentation,sand filter, activated carbon adsorption technology is suitable for the washing wastewater treatment and reuse in the office building. The final effluent water of the model is that the content of turbidity, SS, COD, BOD5, ammonia nitrogen, TN, TP, LAS, iron, manganese were 0.49 NTU, 3.13 mg/L, 35.25 mg/L, 7.6 mg/L, 0.74 mg/L, 2.99 mg/L, 0.11 mg/L, 0.92 mg/L, 0.023 mg/L, 0.010 mg/L respectively. The content value has reached the urban sewage recycling of mixed water flushing water quality standard, road cleaning, fire protection, urban greening, the construction of the water quality requirements. Coagulation precipitation process can effectively remove suspended substances and total phosphorus in washing wastewater, but for BOD5, anionic surfactant removal ability is poor. Subsequent sand filter, activated carbon composite process can effectively remove the water solubility of the organic matter, especially anionic surfactant, so that the model of the final effluent BOD5, anionic water quality indicators can meet the requirements of the water. This experimental research for the washing wastewater treatment and reuse in the office building provides important data basis and practical value.Finally through engineering examples, respectively in office building water treatment engineering of water in raw water, water balance, selection process and discusses and analyzes the water in the water supply, is suitable for the water treatment scheme of construction.
