With the growth of population and economy, there is a growing pressure on land for coastal region. It is a important way to support the economy development by tidal flats enclosing and reclamation to increase the land supply. There is rich tidal flat resources inJiangsu province, which is made up by the unique landscape and motivation conditions, such as the Radial Sand Ridge Field of the South Yellow Sea. Jiangsu has a long history in tideland exploration. Developing tideland was considered as a major strategic task in " Jiangsu coastal Region Development Plan" The large-scale enclosing and reclamation plan has been taken into action. The goal of this plan is to enclose and reclaim one million mu and build two artificial islands on Dongsha and Gaoni. It was an effective way to increase land of coastal area by enclosing and reclaiming tidal flats and to support the development ofeconomy in the coastal region, but the tidal flats and sea reclamation project change the background of the natural ecological system, and the loss of ecological benefit is often ignored by people. The ecosystem of Dongsha and Gaoni itself has important ecological functions, the loss of ecological benefit brought by land reclamation the construction of artificial islands, will be an important reference basis on policy decision.Since the concept of the ecosystem services came up in the 1970 s, researchers have done a lot of work in ecosystem services function in different scales and types, which fully affirmed the value and significance of ecological benefits which is created by ecosystem services for human.Based on this, in this thesis the perspective of ecosystem services value assessment were set up, on the basis of summarizing predecessors’ research results and progress, combined ecological system and economic system, further explored Marine ecosystem service function, and summarized the existing methods of ecosystem service value assessment. And to analyze the ecological status quo of the study area, establish Marine ecosystem service value assessment system have been done, considering the perspective of ecosystem integrity and dynamic, using market value methods, shadow engineering methods, cost analysis methodsto evaluate the key ecosystem services value of Dongsha and Gaoni of the Radial Sand Ridge Fieldof the South Yellow Sea.The results are as follows:(1) Dongsha and Gaoni of the Radial Sand Ridge Field of the South Yellow Sea, are rich in ecological resources.(2) According to the analysis of the Marine ecological processes, ecosystem services of research area can be divided into four aspects, which are material production, atmosphere regulation, pollutant treatment and disaster risk aversion to estimate its value. The total service value is RMB 745.63 million/year, including material supply service for 96.97 million yuan/year, accounting for 13% of the total value, atmosphere regulation service for RMB 96.34 million/year, accounting for 13.3% of the total value, pollutant treatment services for 408.52 million yuan/year, accounting for 54.8% of the total value, disaster loss aversion for 140.8 million yuan/year, accounting for 18.9% of the total value. Therefore, the main ecosystem services value of the study area are the pollutant treatment and loss aversion of ecological changes.(3)Take pollutant treatment services for instance, from two different perspective, the whole system capacity and micro components to evaluate the pollutant treatment service. And based on the contrastive analysis of the instance data, it can reflect its service better from the perspective of ecosystem integrity.
