As one of reinforced fabric, 3D integral structure has become the global focus of reinforcing materials.Especially,the woven method has so much advantages. For example,the convenient design method, compact structure, not easy deformation,and the yarn in the thickness direction can reinforce fabric more. These advantages can reduce the risk of separation.The subject adopts Aramid fiber as reinforced materials, with epoxy resin as matrix,and designing and discussing several enhanced 3D woven preform performance.Based on the technology that using 2D loom to weave 3D fabric,this experiment weaved four kinds of 3D woven preforms.Including: triangular cross-section hollow structure fabric,rhombus cross-section hollow structure fabric, three layers and four layers of plate-like structure fabric.The weaving process and parameters of these four kinds of 3D woven have been designed and discussed, and gave the solution for the problems which happened in weaving process.To improve the bonding performance of the interface between the Aramid fiber and the matrix, this subject adopts low-temperature plasma pretreatment methods to modify the fiber surface. By SEM test, single fiber tensile test, invasive test and XPS test,we have come to the conclusion:the measures not only improving the bonding strength of Aramid fiber with resin,but also do not cause significant influence on the mechanical properties of fabric.Though the test of tensile and tear on the four fabrics which before and after the modification,the results show that: the hollow structure has better mechanical properties than the flat structure,and the hollow structure fabric that after plasma modified had smaller decline than the performance of flat structure.In the composite molding stage,according to the different organizational structures, this topic had made of two kinds of mold to compose the fabric which had been surfaced.Finally, the enhanced preforms had carried on the tensile, bending and compression test. The results show that the comprehensive performance of hollow structure is superior to the plate structure.Besides this, the tensile, bending and compression properties of rhombus cross-section hollow fabric are stronger than the triangular cross-section hollow fabric,and four plate preform of interlock structure was stronger than the three plate preform.
