With the rapid development of transgenic crops, genetically modified products has rapidly into people’s lives.In order to safeguard the security of own country, many countries have requirement for genetically modified genetically modified foods can be effectively detected. This further testing organization made stringent requirements, it is very urgent to improve inspection standards.In this study, two different kits for four different levels of transgenic corn processing to extract,and analyzed detection sensitivity with quantitative real-time PCR 7500 and viia 7though strains of maize MON810、Bt11、T25、CBH351、GA21、MON863、NK603、TCl507、59122、MIR604、MIRl62、DP98140、3272、TCl507、BT176、MON88017、Bt176, and then compare the detection rate between real-time PCR and gene chip. Finally,several representative samples were screened and strain identification, experimental results are as follows:(1) For the degree of processing relatively light products or unprocessed goods,with TAKARA extraction kit, the chip method detected Tc1507、NK603、MON810、MON89034、59122、MON88017、BT11、MIR604、GA21、 T25 substandard genes, and real-time PCR reaction did not detection of GA21、T25, gene chip method detection rate is relatively high,should be detected by gene chip;(2) For the refined corn products,with tiangen extraction kit, real-time fluorescence analyzer 7500 and real-time fluorescence viia 7 and gene chip are detected Tc1507 、NK603、MON810、MON89034、59122、MON88017、 BT11、MIR604 substandard source strains, the detection rate is same;(3) For the corn deep processing corn wine scums,with tiangen extraction kit,real-time fluorescence analyzer 7500 detected Tc1507、NK603、MON810、MON89034、59122、MON88017、BT11、MIR604 substandard source strains, real-time fluorescence analyze viia7 and gene chips detected Tc1507、NK603、MON810、MON89034、59122、MON88017substandard source line,7500 has a higher detection rate.This experiment was used a combination of real-time PCR and gene chip technology to analyze the import of agricultural products were tested, the two methods has accurately detect short cycle, specificity, high sensitivity, and can meet the needs of daily testing. This method can be used for the qualitative detection of transgenic corn processed food ingredients and strains but can also be used as a confirmatory test methods qualitative conventional PCR methods.
