Organic salt drilling fluid has good properties such as good rheological property, strong inhibitory and reservoir protection. With low pollution and less cost, it is widely used and well recognized in Tarim Keshen piedmont.However, at the same time, it also brings new challenges to cementing. According to a large number of experimental results, organic salt drilling fluid has poor compatibility with cement slurry. As long as the cement slurry has directly contact with organic salt drilling fluid, it will result in serious pollution. The goal of this research is to improve the quality of cementing and reduce the pollution. We aim to achieve this goal by selecting the right cement slurry and spacer fluid to optimizing their compatibility. Also, we analyze the pollution mechanism of cement slurry and the drilling fluid to reduce pollution, thus improve the cementing quality.In this paper, we research three types of cement slurry, the spacer fluid and2kinds of drilling fluid systems in rheological property. We conduct various compatibility tests to analyze the reason of contact pollution, in thickening time, compressive strength, solid phase suspension, gelation degree and water losing. Through analyzing on drilling fluid additive ir scan we analyze the functions of drilling fluid additive on the properties of cement hydration. To further analyze the causes of this pollution, we observed different phases of the analyzed the structure of cement stone by environmental scanning electron microscope. At last, using pollution reduction agent, we successfully solve the pollution problem of the cement slurry with organic salt drilling fluid. The results of the research are very important to protect cementing operation safety and improve the cementing quality. The results are as follow.(1)The contamination phenomenon of Piedmont tectonic organic salt drilling fluid and cement slurry is significant. The cement slurry, spacer fluid of system B and organic drilling fluid have good compatibility;(2)The heat resistance and salt tolerance of filtrate in organic salt drilling fluid is the main factor of influencing the drilling fluid and cement slurry contamination. It needs to further optimize the fluid loss additive in organic salt drilling fluid;(3) The best pollution reduction effect of contamination is agent B.
