series of the amine-terminated poly-butadiene/amine-terminated butadiene acrylonitrile (ATB/ATBN) samples with the soft segment content from 59% to 82% were prepared on the basis of E-51, ATB, ATBN and triethylenetetramine.The DMA, SEM, Strain-stress were used to study the properties of the samples at low temperature. The result shows that epoxy resin and ATB/ATBNcan react in a wide range of proportion,with two phase structure. The Tg of soft segment does not change with soft segment content, but the Tg of hard segment changes with hard segment content. The modulus is a platform in the wide temperature rangeof ATB samples, it can still maintain the characteristics of elastic material at low temperatures (up to-70 ℃).ATB and ATBN can be used as elastic material at low temperature.On the basis of the above research,the acrylonitrile content of 0,10%,18%,26% ATBN sampleswere prepared on the basis of E-51,Amine-terminated poly-butadiene (ATB), Triethylenetetramine (TETA) and Acrylonitrile content in differentAmine-terminated butadiene acrylonitrile(ATBN).The DMA,Strain-stress,Water absorption, compression permanent deformation, swelling degree and the dissolution ratewere used to study the properties of the samples, in order to guide the industrial application and operationUnder the special environment.The results showed that different ATBN performance differences of acrylonitrile content.According to the need of the environment, choose to use different content of acrylonitrile ATBN...
