In this paper, hydrolysis acidification-aerobic process treating dyeing wastewater of a dyeing in Shaanxi as research background to simulation study in laboratory, from the microscopic point of view to analyze the mechanism for each reaction stage of the traditional process and improved process treating dyeing wastewater, then the following conclusions were:1、During the acclimation training of the activated sludge, microbes had different variations at different stages of domestication in both processes, the type and quantity of microorganisms in activated sludge of improved process were higher than the traditional process’ s.2、COD removal and color removal with activated sludge indicate microbial diversity index(richness index D, evenness J, ecological dominance λ, microbial diversity index H) were positively correlated in both processes, COD removal and color removal rate in improved process were higher than the traditional process’ s.3、In the traditional process, the dominant strain of hydrolysis acidification tank was one kind for A2,the aerobic tank was one kind for B1;in the improved process, the dominant strain of hydrolysis acidification tank was one kind for C2,the aerobic tank were two kinds,D1 and D4 Respectively.4、The dominant strain model for aerobic tank in traditional process was single-species model density restrict type.5、The dominant strain model for aerobic tank in improved process was:(Rx2=0.9665、Ry2=0.9554)。After analysis, the relationship between the two groups D1 and D4 was mutualism.
