Beginning with the oil-displacing mechanism of surfactant of weak base ASP flooding,applying the research methods of indoor core simulation oil-displacing experiments and field demonstration block test, combining the means of production of injection-production pattern and the development of stratum in the 3rd oil production factory in Daqing oilfield, the performance of weak base ASP flooding is studied and evaluated emphatically. The injection scheme is obtained, which completes the test result evaluation index and provides basis for the industrialization promotion of ASP flooding in Beisandong demonstration area.Firstly, the interfacial tension, the viscosity, the emulsification properties, and the adsorption performance of the petroleum sulfonate surfactant polymer flooding systems are evaluated by experiments. Besides, indoor physical simulation experiments are done using the berea core and artificial core, and the oil displacement efficiency of the systems is evaluated sysmatically. The results show that interfacial tension of the systems can reach 10-3m N/m order of magnitudes within a wide density range of activator, the stability of viscosity and interfacial tension is fine, which improves the oil recovery ratio by more than 20 percent.For the problems of unbalanced interwell injection pressure, low pressure level of strata in the whole district in weak base ASP flooding in sub-layers demonstration area of Beisandong, by means of the dynamic and static data, with injection scheme adjustment as the prior part and measures of oil and water Wells as the complementary part, targeted tracking adjustment are carried on, which guarantees the strong ability of injection-production, and achieves a good comprehensive adjustment effect. In the early part of ASP main slug stage in the demonstration zone, WT008 particle profile control agent is selected to profile 10 injection Wells. After the profile, the injection pressure arises with the visus inhaled index decreasing, which shows that the particle profile plays a role of blocking off in high permeable layer. Result of staged oil increases are seen in the oil wells of the test area,making statistics of the 13 oil wells in the test area, and comparing with that before profiling,the daily fluid output decreases 152 t, daily oil output increases 3t, moisture content decreases3.31 percent points. It promotes the effective response of the oil well further, develops the recovery ratio to an extreme, provides technology support for the realization of successive stable production and sustainable development with quality and benefit in Daqing oilfield.
