Microbial enhanced oil recovery technology is one of the most development potential of tertiary oil recovery technology, has now become a new hotspot in the research of the oil industry, it is the traditional thermal drive, chemistry flooding and gas flooding after the fourth kind of new method to enhance oil recovery, has a very good field application prospect of industrialization. At home and abroad to carry out the microbial oil recovery pilot experiment has paid off, more typical is the United States and Russia, and China’s jilin oilfield, shengli oilfield, daqing oil field and other fields also successively in field test, the oil field production effect is obvious. The application of microbial recovery technology from single well deal with the past to now to the entire block or oil field development, showed vigorous development trend. Now, people focus on microbial oil recovery technology mostly tend to field test, and in improving oil recovery of microorganism and its products can play a role of how a lack of in-depth research. This paper introduces the meor technology development present situation at home and abroad, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of microbial oil recovery technology, based on the microbial profile control mechanism, the formation of biofilm on the impact of porous medium permeability. Through the way of combining experiment with theoretical model, select suitable for microbial oil displacement multiply faster, strong ability to adapt; With core experiment to investigate biofilm influence on penetration ability, and Taylor model, Seki, Clement model, three kinds of model validation; Using the fractal theory to calculate the relative permeability model, combined with the experimental measured results, discuss the influences of biofilm on the relative permeability.
