With the rapid development of economic globalization,the operate and competitiveenvironment of Chinese companies has been greatly changed. The international serviceoutsourcing has become the strategic choice of enhancing core competitiveness in services.As anew form of international trade in services,the international service outsourcing plays animportant role to the economic development and international competitiveness of contracted outand pick up packages nations, especially to the development of service industry in dockingpackage countries. Compared with the developed countries’ service industry, the domesticindustry has a series of questions such as a lower development level, a smaller company scaleand an unreasonable internal structure and so on. Therefore, the paper wants to promote thedevelopment level and international competitiveness of domestic industry through the serviceoutsourcingwiththeoveralleconomicstrengthat thesametime.This paper is based on Porter Diamond Model theory firstly, drawing lessons from thedomestic and foreign related research, find out the factors influencing the competitiveness ofour country to undertake service outsourcing and the specific influence of these factors onChina’s service industry international competitiveness.And promoting the acting mechanism ofunderstating service outsourcing to enhance competitiveness of service industry. China’s serviceoutsourcing exports as the dependent variable, factors of production, demand conditions, relatedindustry support and government support four groups of data as independent variables. Which,according to the above four groups of independent variables selected12indicators as theinfluence factors of undertaking service outsourcing competitiveness. And then through theprincipal component analysis to extract the common factors in each group, which in turn by theunit root test, Johansen co-integration test and Granger causality test screening to meet therequirements of measuring impact factors, according to the test results the final regressionequation is obtained by regression analysis. Through empirical analysis of the impact of variousindicators throughout outsourcing enhance our international competitiveness, came to theconclusion: the factors of production and to undertake service outsourcing service industrycompetitiveness in our country were positively correlated,each1%increase in our country to undertake service outsourcing services to enhance the competitiveness of approximately0.22%rise;Government support was positively correlated with undertake service outsourcingservice industry competitiveness in our country, the government support, every1%increase inour country to undertake service outsourcing service industry competitiveness rise about0.32%.Finally, based on the above research results, proposing the related suggestions according to theactualsituation.
