It is well-known that e-commerce is the inevitable product of informationization and networking in the twentieth century. As an entirely new business pattern, e-commerce has developed rapidly in recent years which has not only brought the convenient services for many consumers, but also exerted positive influence on expanding the domestic demand. At present, B2C is the main mode of e-commerce, through which the enterprise can transact with the customer. By setting up a virtual sales platform with the network technology, B2C e-commerce can realize all the transactions on this platform with the help of a logistics distribution network in the real life. Hence the complete logistics distribution system is the life line of the B2C e-commerce enterprise’s survival and development.This paper takes Shenzhen Chi’ang Information Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object and studies the problems existed in its e-commerce logistics distribution system. The suggestions are further put forward for the improvement. The analyses on the external environment of Chi’ang logistics distribution system, the current situation of its distribution and the main existing problems have been first conducted in this paper. The background and the causes of these problems have also been explored. Based on the theories of the supply chain management and enterprise’s logistics management, the paper puts forward the suggestions for improvement from the following aspects, which are the modification of organization structure, the improvement of logistics distribution pattern, the process reengineering of logistics distribution, the improvement of logistics distribution information system, the strengthening of the cost control in logistics distribution, the establishment of the quality evaluation system of logistics distribution.It is hoped that the research of this paper can give some guidance to the improvement of the distribution system in Shenzhen Chi’ang Information Technology Co., Ltd, which may help the B2C e-commerce enterprises solve the bottleneck problem in their developments and provide some referential experience for them.
