Difference In Anhui Producer Services Agglomeration Of Urban Economic Development Impact Of The Industry

Industrial clustering concept was first proposed by the Marshall, later research on the theory of industrial agglomeration more attention in manufacturing, as the world economy from an industrial economy to a service economy in transition, scholars are increasingly concerned about the problem the service industry gathering. In our case, after the reform and opening up, especially since2000, the service sector in the national economy increasingly high proportion, has become a new engine driving economic growth, and concentration problems of producer services in recent years, more the more experts and scholars to receive the attention and concern. This study reviews the basis of productive service industry-related concepts, theories, methods and measurement industry gathering of empirical research on industrial clustering effect, the first to use statistical method to analyze the status of the development of producer services in Anhui Province, Anhui Province, proposed production services in the development of the existing problems. Second, the use of location quotient and spatial Gini coefficient measure the concentration levels of16City of Anhui Province producer services and the industry as a whole and made to analyze. Finally, the use of panel data16cities in Anhui Province, to build an econometric model to test the impact of productive service industry for urban economic development, and trying to gather industry sub-sector analysis of the economic impact of the size of the city Through empirical research, the following conclusions:First, the overall producer services Anhui concentration level is not high, the size and concentration of producer services regional differences exist among the16prefecture-level cities, and the difference between the industry becomes more apparent.On the one hand, location quotient estimates showed that the spatial concentration distribution of producer services, Anhui Province, Anhui Province, producer services industry gathering in different cities of Hefei, Huainan, Ma’anshan, Wuhu and other economically developed concentration of the city’s more obvious; through space Gini Coefficient of Anhui leasing and business services, research services in the degree of concentration is relatively high.On the other hand, from2003-2011Anhui space industry trends Gini coefficient of view, the industry is very different, renting and business services declined very significantly, while other basic industries fluctuated, modest changes.Second, the economic effects of Anhui productive service industry has brought more obvious, in:gathering producer services and raise per capita GDP level of regional economies have significant role in promoting.Economic analysis of industry agglomeration effects model showed that the level of concentration of producer services in Anhui Province and Anhui Province, the level of economic development has a significant positive correlation. Meanwhile, capital investment, labor and human capital invested positive impact on economic development is relatively significant, while government intervention is obvious and the level of economic development is negatively correlated, that is, the concentration level of producer services in Anhui Province, capital investment, labor input, human capital for economic development has played a positive role in promoting and government intervention is to some extent hindered the economic development of Anhui Province.Third, Anhui producer services industry agglomeration affect the local economy in varying degrees.Empirical analysis shows that education, financial services, transportation, information, real estate gathering can promote local economic development to a greater extent, and to promote the role of education sector and the financial sector the strongest, while leasing and gathering business services to some extent hindered economic growth.
