The competitive advantage-obtaining and maintaining has become the most important issue which supply chain member companies concerned. In recent years, supply chain management has been applied gradually as the most important methods to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises. In the supply chain, inventory will help to ease the contradiction between supply and demand, such as preventing uncertainty, saving operating costs and job exchanging costs, balancing production and improving service. The reasonable price is essential for sharing inventory resources to weaken the peak of demand fluctuations and reduce logistics costs of their operations, thereby, enhancing the competitiveness of the supply chain. Finally, the paper presents a practical case to direct the strategy and the pricing model proposed. In addition, the conclusion included a summary of the full text, pointing out the shortcoming existed and prospect for the future research.
