Research On The Construction Of Heilongjiang Reclamation Area Financial Shared Services Center

Heilongjiang reclamation area (short for Reclamation Area) is responsible for promoting thedevelopment of modern agriculture, and safeguarding the grain security of our country as aleading enterprises among agricultural enterprises in China. Compared with agriculturalmodernization, the financial management of reclamation area is laggard, it has many problems,such as overstaffing in financial institution, low administration efficiency, high managementcosts and so on. These problems restrict economic sustainable development, and the financialmanagement way must be changed.Financial shared services model as a kind of new financial management mode,has ability toreduce the operating cost, promoted controlling force and core competence of Enterprises,financial shared services model become more popular in academic and practical departments.The application and extension of financial shared services model still at the first step in ourcountry. And the application main focus on communication, financial, insurance, manufactureand so on, but it is still blank in agricultural enterprises.This article under the background of Heilongjiang reclamation area financial reform, andcome up with the idea that build Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC) in Heilongjiangreclamation area.
